Yes. Fliff requires all users to complete identity verification before making any purchase or redeeming a prize.
The identity verification process includes, but is not limited to providing:
- Proof of valid government-issued photo identification
- Biometric facial scan recognition
- Proof of Address
- Valid SSN
Fliff does not retain or store any PII data. Verification processes are completed and secured by industry-leading third party providers. Data is encrypted via HTTPS and TLS 1.2 and databases are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Decryption keys are stored on separate hosts and rotated on a regulated basis.
